Yes. Temperature checks are given to every staff and visitor upon entry. Masks (cloth or disposable) are worn to protect others as one can be asymptomatic but still infectious. Per City of Jacksonville mandate and CDC recommendation, masks are required for all adults and children age 6+. Masks are to be worn at all times except when actively eating or drinking while stationary. Please bring your own as we have very limited supply of masks for purchase.
We are committed to cleanliness! Your child’s health and safety are very important to us. In order to enter our play space, everyone is required to remove their shoes and adults are required to wear socks with no exceptions. For safety and to prevent slipping or falling, we allow children age 5 and under to be barefoot. We want our playground to be the cleanest place possible for your child to play. Shoes can unintentionally track in dirt from the outside as well as harmful germs.
Babies crawl on the floor, touching and exploring their surroundings, and little hands go Into little mouths. For your convenience, pairs of brand new socks are available for $2, should you forget them.
We close every 2 hours and dedicate one hour to sanitize the play space with Betco's GE FIGHT BAC™ RTU, an EPA list N disinfectant spray with hospital grade efficiency against COVID-19. High touch points like door handles are sanitized frequently throughout the day. We have added the use of UV-C light to thoroughly disinfect the entire play space.
We understand that babies often explore with their mouths so we ask that any toys that have been in their little mouths be put in the 'YUCK' bucket when they are do.
Health and safety is our priority! Every visitor will be required to answer screening questions regarding COVID-19 prior to entering the play space. If you have experienced any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory problems), has had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have traveled outside of U.S. in the last 14 days, you will not be permitted to enter the play space for the next 14 days.
If you or your child have fever, yellow or green runny nose, diarrhea, or is vomiting, please stay home. If we see that a child has come in and may be sick, you will kindly be asked to leave and return on another day when your child is well. In consideration of others, we ask that you or your child be free of symptoms for at least 14 days.

As with shoes, strollers are not permitted in the play space for hygiene reasons. However, we do have stroller parking in the check-in area for your convenience.
There is no wild or reckless play. If any child is playing in a reckless manner either themselves and/or towards others, they will be asked to take a few minutes break. We will work with parents to discourage reckless or wild behavior. If hazardous or reckless behavior continues, our staff may need to ask you to leave for the day. Please familiarize yourself with our playground rules here.

Older siblings are welcome when accompanied by their 5 and under siblings, but we ask that they play appropriately with regards to the littler guests.
