ARE WAIVER + RELEASE FORMS REQUIRED FOR PARTY GUESTS?
Yes. Each minor (under 18) who enters the play space must have a waiver + release form signed by the legal guardian/parent of the minor. Liability waiver forms can be downloaded here.
ARE FAMILIES WITH OLDER KIDS (AGE 6+) ALLOWED TO COME TO THE PARTY?
Yes. As long as they understand that this play space is for the younger guests and they play appropriately and follow the same rules (e.g., no roughhousing, no 'tag', no destruction of toys or dumping toys in the water table).
ARE MASKS AND SOCKS REQUIRED FOR THE GUESTS?
Yes, masks and socks are required for all adults and children age 6+. Socks are available for purchase at $2/pair, and masks at $1/ea, and will be charged to your account unless specified otherwise.
ARE FOOD/DRINKS INCLUDED?
Food/drinks are not included, but every party package comes with a 20% off coupon from Donatos when you have it delivered to your party! All fresh ingredients with their signature edge to edge toppings. Place the order through their website and simply choose the time you want the food delivered (we suggest 11 am for the morning parties, and 3 pm for the afternoon parties)! Email us for the coupon code.
Other popular food items include sandwiches, wraps, homemade dishes, finger foods such as crackers and cheese platters, fruit and veggie trays, chips and dip. Please note that we are a "nut aware" facility, which means we encourage parents to bring in an alternative to nuts in consideration of other children who may have nut allergies.
ARE DECORATIONS INCLUDED?
No, since every party has a unique theme. Have a particular theme in mind but not sure where to start? We work closely with The Party Concierge for all your party's needs! Email or call them to set up a consultation.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED?
No live animals, confetti, or glitter please. Alcohol is not permitted for liability reasons.
WHAT ABOUT DECORATIONS?
Aside from glitter and confetti, you are welcome to bring any kind of decorations you wish! Keep in mind that any decorations on the wall MUST be affixed with wall-safe tape only, no holes or markings are to be left behind. We also cannot allow balloons or decorations outside of the building per property lease agreement.
CAN WE SET UP THE DAY BEFORE?
You can set up as early as one hour prior to the start of the party, but we cannot "hold" decorations before that. Children are not allowed in the play space during the 1-hour setup. Should you have to bring your child in while you set up, they will be charged to play per our Play Pass rate.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL PARTY LOOK LIKE?

WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The Greenhouse Playhouse staff will start cleaning the Event Room when your party ends. Due to our increased sanitation procedures, we ask that all guests to be cleared out of the play space promptly at the 2-hour mark. The Greenhouse Playhouse reserves the right to charge for extra time used after the scheduled end of the party ($100 for more than 10 minutes after scheduled end of the party). The play space must be cleared out 30 minutes after scheduled end of party.
I'M READY, HOW DO I BOOK?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event you need to reschedule your party, you can re-book at no extra charge. Changes can be made up to 2 weeks of the party. No changes are to be made within 2 weeks of the party. Deposit is nonrefundable within 2 weeks of the party. The remaining balance of 50% is due at the start of the party. If additional charges occur during the party (i.e., socks, masks), the outstanding balance will be collected at the end of the party.
